JUDGMENT

1. The prayer in this application is for stay for encashment of Bank Guarantee No. 4041508BG0000190 dated 18th September, 2008, furnished by the petitioner, for an amount of ₹ 1,61,47,490/-, drawn upon the State Bank of Mysore, Nehru Place Branch, New Delhi.

2. Vide letter dated 30th September, 2020, the respondents have 2020:DHC:3004 O.M.P. 782/2013 agreed to release the said bank guarantee with accrued interest to the petitioner.

3. The Registry is, therefore, directed to return the bank draft furnished to the Registry of this Court, against the aforesaid Bank Guarantee No. 4041508BG0000190 dated 18th September, 2008, for ₹ 1,61,47,490/- along with the interest accrued thereon, on the petitioner applying to the Registry for the said purpose, with a copy of this order.

4. Nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this petition is disposed of as such. I.A. 1425/2020 and I.A. 5696/2020

1. In view of the order passed in the petition, these applications are disposed of.
