JUDGMENT

1. Dr. Ashutosh, who appears for the petitioner, submits that inadvertently an incorrect prayer clause has been made in the present petition.

2. Instead of calling on him to amend the prayer clause and thereby making the file bulky, we permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition within a period of one week from today with the proper prayer clause.

3. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. W.P.(C) 16596/2025
