ORDER

2. The case ofthe petitionersisthatthey have appliedforrecognition of the respective courses and the matter has been languishing before the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners vehemently urges that as per the judgmentofthe Supreme Court,the last date forgrantofrecognition bythe respondents is 03.03.2021. He states that the petitioners having waited so long and having invested so much in the infrastructure would lilce to commence functioning forthe academic year 2021-22.The sameis possible only in case the respondents take appropriate steps as per law and grant recognition much before 03.03.2021.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents assures that appropriate expeditious steps shall be taken.

5. Letthe respondents deal withthe applications ofthe petitioners asper law expeditiously preferably within 10 weeks from today. Appropriate orders/communications,ifany clarification/documents arerequired shall be sent forthwith to the petitioners to enable the respondents to expeditiously processthe applications.
