1. This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following 2020:DHC:2993-DB W.P.(C) 7537/2020 prayers:- “(a) Allow the petition filed by the petitioner and pass the necessary directions of Writ of mandamus, thereby directing the respondents to make necessary steps on urgent basis to install the fiber lines/ cables in all court complexes inclusive of chamber premises situated in Delhi courts. (b) Pass any other or further order or directions which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, proper and expedite in favour of appellant and against the respondent, in the interest of justice.”
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, we direct the petitioner to prefer a representation before the concerned respondent authorities. As and when such a representation is filed, the concerned respondent authorities shall decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts of the case and also keeping in mind the financial aspects involved in the matter.
3. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
