JUDGMENT
Proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video conferencing.
1. This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:- “a) Respondent no. 2-3 to take actions as required by them for creation/construction of footpath, drains/Naali & road, repairing of pits & road and to prepare a mechanism so that waste water should not accumulate on road leading from D-block, Khanpur Road, Sainik Farm, near M.K.D. Intenational Public school, Ambedkar Nagar Legislative Assembly, Delhi in the time bound period; b) Pass any such other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the light of the above averments and in the interest of justice.” 2020:DHC:3162-DB W.P.(C) 8290/2020
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the concerned respondent authorities to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the same as early as possible and practicable in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts of the case.
3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
