JUDGMENT
1. After some hearing, Mr. Somesh Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to re-approach the court, if need be, after exhausting the avenue of amicable resolution of disputes, as provided in Clause 11 of the agreement between the parties.
2. Leave and liberty is granted, as prayed for.
