JUDGMENT

1. This petition, under Section 29-A(4) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks extension of time available with the learned Sole Arbitrator, to conclude the proceedings, by a period of two months.

2. Mr. Jaspreet Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, has no objection to extending the time. However, he points out that the matter is at the stage of cross-examination of the witnesses, which is not possible at this stage.

3. Be that as it may, the time available with the learned sole Arbitrator, stands extended by a period of two months from today. 2020:DHC:3307 OMP (MISC.) 16/2020
