JUDGMENT
1. This is a petition filed under sub-sections 4 and 5 of Section 29- A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the time available with the Sole Arbitrator, to conclude the arbitral proceedings and render the award, by a period of one year commencing from 10th October, 2020.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The time available with the learned Sole Arbitrator, to conclude the proceedings and render 2020:DHC:3305 OMP (MISC.) (COMM.) 244/2020 the award, stands extended by a period of one year commencing from 10th October, 2020.
