JUDGMENT
1. Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

1. This petition seeks extension of the time available with the learned sole Arbitrator to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pass award.
2. Mr.Pallav Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has no objection. 2020:DHC:3329 OMP (MISC.) (COMM.) 265/2020
3. Accordingly, the time available with the learned sole Arbitrator, to complete arbitral proceedings and render award, is extended by a period of nine months from today.
4. The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
