2. The primaiy grievance of the petitioner(s) in the present batch of petitions IS thatthe petitions having been filed oii05.10.2020,the same have not been listed before the learned Telecom Disputes'Settlement and AppellateTribunal(TDSAT)in spiteofbeing mentionedforurgentlisting.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitions seek urgentinterim reliefinasmuch as it is the case ofthe petitioner thatthe respondent no.l in each ofthese petitions,in spite ofhaving Interconnection Agreement(s) with the petitioner, is migrating its subscribers to the respondentno.2 withoutfollowing the Interconnection Regulations.

4. Keeping in view the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits ofthe underlying dispute between the petitioner and the respondents, the learned TDSAT is requested to list these petitions for hearing within a week of the communication of this order. The petitions shall be considered by the learned TDSAT on their own merit.

5. The petitions are disposed ofwith the above directions. There shall be no order as to cost.
