JUDGMENT
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, stating that the prayer in this petition was also urged by the respondent in a parallel petition bearing OMP (MISC.)(COMM.) 245/2020, which already stands allowed by a Coordinate Bench of this court on 6th November, 2020.
2. As such, the prayer in this petition does not survive for consideration.
3. The petition stands disposed of along with all pending applications.
