They further submit, on instructions, that the Impugned Notification/Direction dated 23.09.2020 has been withdrawn by the Food Safety and Standards Authority ofIndia. All consequent orders issued thereon be also treated as withdrawn. In view ofthe above,the petitions stand satisfied and are disposed of recording the above statement.
