1. These proceedings, under Section 14 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, merely seek issuance of a direction to the learned sole arbitrator to file, before this Court, the record of Arbitration Case No. DAC/384/10-12 alongwith the arbitral award dated 4th July, 2020, rendered by the learned sole arbitrator. O R D E R (ORAL) % 21.12.2020 (Video-Conferencing)

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayers being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned sole arbitrator to file, before this Court, the arbitral award, 2020:DHC:3656 CS(COMM) 558/2020 dated 4th July, 2020, delivered by her in Arbitration Case No. DAC/384/10-12 along with the entire arbitral record.

4. The Registry is directed to intimate the parties, regarding the filing of the award and the arbitral record, on the same being filed before this Court.
