JUDGMENT
1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
2. The application stands disposed of.
1. This is a petition under sub-sections (4) and (5) of Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the learned sole arbitrator by a period of three months with effect from 27th November, 2020. 2020:DHC:3720
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, and he points out, in fact, that orders stand reserved by the learned sole arbitrator.
3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned sole arbitrator, for concluding the proceedings and rendition of award thereon shall stand extended till 31st March, 2020, as requested by the learned counsel for the parties.
4. This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
