JUDGMENT

1. The only prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is that his clemency petition be decided. Mr. Chetanya Puri, learned SPC seeks and is granted six weeks’ time to take a decision on the clemency petition and to forward a copy to learned Counsel for the petitioner. Needless to say, should the petitioner be aggrieved by the decision, his rights in law would remain reserved.

2. The petition stands disposed of.
