JUDGMENT

1. We find that the prayer in this writ petition is for antedating of seniority without impleading the affected parties. We have been inundated with writ petitions in which similar prayers are made and parties are not impleaded. The position in law is well settled in this regard. If a prayer in the petition results in the disruption of seniority of someone else, that person has to be made a party.

2. Accordingly, we dismiss this writ petition for non-impleadment of necessary parties with liberty to the petitioner to re-institute the writ petition after impleading the necessary parties.
