JUDGMENT
1. Mr. S.D. Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner in this petition submits that, in view of the fact that, by the order passed today in Arb.P. 331/2020, an arbitral tribunal has been constituted, he is agreeable to disposal of this petition with a direction that this petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, to be decided, in accordance with law, by the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
