JUDGMENT

1. As the appeal of the petitioner against the decision of the medical board declaring him medically unfit is pending before the competent appellate authority, Mr. Bhargava, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage, if aggrieved.

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
