Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to enter referenceand commence arbitration proceedings under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 for thepurpose of determination and enhancementof compensation arising out of Award 2021:DHC:343-DB W.P.(C) 1140/2021 Page[2] of 2 No. 01/2018/NHAI dated06th December, 2018 passed by the Respondent No. 4.
