1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. Application is disposed of. Crl.M.A. 538/2021 (impleadment of respondent nos.[3] & 4)

3. Present application has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for impleading accused Dhruv Dhingra & Simmi Dhingra as respondents.

4. In view of the reasons stated in the present application, I hereby 2021:DHC:149 implead accused Mr.Dhruv Dhingra & Ms.Simmi Dhingra as respondent nos.[3] & 4.

5. The application is allowed and disposed of.

6. Consequently, let the amended memo of parties be taken on record.

7. Vide the present petition, petitioners seek direction thereby for quashing of FIR No. 345/2020 dated 02.12.2020, registered at PS – Anand Vihar, Shahdara and all other proceedings arising therefrom.

8. Notice issued.

9. Notice is accepted by learned APP for State and by respondent no.2 and with the consent of counsel for parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal.

10. The present petition is filed on the ground that parties have settled their disputes and respondent No. 2 has no objection if the present petition is allowed and proceedings qua the petitioners and respondent nos.[3] & 4 are quashed.

11. Respondent No. 2 is present in Court through video conferencing with learned counsel and he has been identified by SI Ranveer Mani/IO and submits that matter has been settled and he does not wish to prosecute the matter any further.

12. Parties have amicably settled the matter with the intervention of wellwishers.

13. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to quash FIR as no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting petitioners and respondent nos.[3] & 4 any further.

14. For the reasons afore-recorded, FIR No. 345/2020 dated 02.12.2020, registered at PS – Anand Vihar, Shahdara and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua petitioners and respondent nos.[3] & 4.

15. The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.
