1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to intimate the status of the application filed by the petitioner seeking no objection certificate for sale of the subject land. The application dated 24.09.2020 was filed vide slip No.1443.

4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the application of the petitioner within two weeks from today in accordance with law. On disposal copy of the order be furnished to the petitioner and his counsel.

5. Copy of the Order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email.
