1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the subject petition be directed to be treated as a representation by the petitioners to the respondent/Corporation. 2021:DHC:438 WP(C) 956/2021 Page 2

3. Learned counsel further prays that petitioners be permitted to supplement the representation with additional facts and financial data to enable the respondent/Corporation to take a sympathetic view.

4. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, respondent/Corporation is directed to treat the present petition as a representation and after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners decide the same in accordance with law.

5. Orders passed by the Corporation be communicated to the petitioners through counsel.

6. It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions of the parties and all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.

7. Petition along with application is disposed of in terms of the above.

8. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
