1. Respondent seeks dismissal of the Writ Petition pursuant to a Settlement dated 23.11.2013 that had been arrived at between the petitioner as well as respondent before the National Lok Adalat.
2. In view of the above, application is allowed.
3. Writ Petition is taken up for consideration today. 2021:DHC:486 W.P(C) 5307/2011 Page 2 W.P.(C) 5307/2011
1. Learned counsels for parties submit that disputes between the parties have been resolved before the National Lok Adalat and payments have been made and all terms and conditions of the Settlement dated 23.11.2016 have already been complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, submits that nothing further survives in Writ Petition and the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement dated 23.11.2013.
3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Settlement dated 23.11.2021 between the parties.
4. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
