JUDGMENT

1. In view of the fact that the Internal Complaints Committee[1], constituted in terms of Section 4(2)(a) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 was headed by a man, Mr. Ankit Siwach, learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Bhalendu Trivedi, Commandant / CI submits that the respondents are willing not to proceed on the basis of the findings of the ICC against which the petitioner is aggrieved, with liberty to proceed in accordance with law. “ICC”, hereinafter W.P.(C) 15531/2025 Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. Inasmuch as, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed by the statement made by Mr. Ankit Siwach, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.

2. Needless to say, should the petitioner be aggrieved by any further developments, the right of the petitioner to re-approach the Court would stand reserved.

3. The petition is disposed of.
