JUDGMENT

1. By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to place on record the settlement agreement dated 11 I.A. 2839/2021(under Section 151 of CPC, 1908- to bring settlement agreement on record) th December, 2020, whereby the petitioner and the respondent have settled the disputes among themselves, and for disposal of the present petition in terms thereof.

2. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, has no objection.

3. In view thereof, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 11th December, 2020, executed between the parties and annexed with this application. 2021:DHC:682

4. The settlement agreement shall be treated as an annexure to this Order and both sides shall be bound thereby.

5. The application as well as the petition stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. In view of the order passed in I.A. 2839/2021, this petition stands disposed of.
