The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the dismissal of the SLP on 28.01.2021, the respondent has not 2021:DHC:4431 L r complied with the order dated 17.12.2019 ofthe Division Bench in W.P.(C) 8329/2016, which granted the respondent 8 weeks to comply with the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT').

8. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the compliance efforts are underway and shall be completed as soon as possible. Letcompliance report be filed by 26.03.2021.
