1. There is no appearance on behalf of the original petitioner Sangam Vihar Vikas Manch, though it was represented on the last two dates of hearing.

2. Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned Counsel appearing for the review petitioner-GNCTD, submits that, owing to various operational and technical hurdles, it is not possible to construct a hospital at the land in question. However, he submits, on instructions, that an Ayushman Arogya Mandir can be constructed on the said land and also submits that every effort would be made to ensure that construction takes place W.P.(C) 6466/2013 and is completed and that the Ayushman Arogya Mandir is functional within a period of six months from today.

3. We record the statement made to the above effect.

4. In our mind, no practical purpose is served keeping this review petition pending any further.

5. Binding the review petitioner to the statement made in Court today, we close this review petition.
