(i) claims againstthe respondent No.2 whereas respondent No.1 is a proforma party. It is further submitted that an Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed by NCLT in respect ofrespondent No.2 and the petitioner shall file the claims beforethe Interim Resolution Professional.
