Mr. Amitesh Kumar, leamed counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, as the petitioner and the officials of Jiwaji University are trying to resolve the matter CONT.CAS(C)292/2021. Page 1 of[2] Siqnature/valid JUSTO^ PRATlpUALAN 2021:DHC:4425 amongstthemselves.
2. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition in the event the necessity arises.
