JUDGMENT
1. An application is made for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 9th March, 2021.
2. Following corrections shall be made in the order dated 9th March, 2021:
(i) The date of order on page 1 of the order be corrected as 9th March, 2021;
(ii) In the frst line of paragraph 2.[2] at page 3 of the said order, the word ‘RERA’ be replaced as ‘Adjudicating Ofcer’;
(iii) The words ‘the Adjudicating Authority be replaced as ‘RERA’ at the following places in the said order: (a) in the ffth line of paragraph 3(c) at page;; (b) in the third line of paragraph 3(d) at page;;
(c) In second line of paragraph 5.[3] at page 8;
(d) In third line of paragraph 5.10 at page 10;
(e) In seventh line of paragraph 5.10 at page 11; (f) In ninth line of paragraph 5.10 at page 11; (g) In second line of paragraph 5.11 at page 11; (h) In sixth line of paragraph 8.[7] at page 17;
(i) In second and third line of paragraph 8.[8] at page 18;
(l) In eleventh and twelfth line of paragraph 9.[4] at page 21;

(iv) The word ‘Authority’ be replaced as ‘Ofcer’ in the following places:
(c) In twelfth line of paragraph 8.[8] at page 18;
(d) In ffth line of paragraph 9.[1] at page 19;
(d) In seventh line of paragraph 9.[3] at page 20;
(v) The word ‘Adjudicating’ be replaced as ‘Regulatory’ in the following places:
(i) In seventh line of paragraph 8 at page 14;
(ii) In fourth line of paragraph 8.[7] at page 17;
(iii) In fourth line of paragraph 9.[2] at page 20.
(vi) In ffth line of paragraph 14.[2] at page 34 of the said order, the words ‘Adjudicating Ofcer’ be replaced as ‘RERA’.
