JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Kartar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that supervening events have assuaged the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition and he, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to re-approach the Court should the need arises.
