In the Order dated 22nd February, 2022 appearance of the Advocate for Defendant Nos.1 & 2 has recorded as under:-
“Ms. Shaina Saheed, i/b. M/s. Vidhi Partners, Advocates for Defendant Nos.1 & 2.”
To-day, the Advocate for the Plaintiffs has pointed out that Ms. Shaina Saheed is not an Advocate but she is a intern with M/s. Vidhi Partners, Advocates for Defendant Nos.1 & 2 herein. When this fact has been asked to Ms. Saheed at that time she confirmed the same.
In view of the above appearance in the Order dated 22nd February, 2022 be read as under:-
“Mr. Ashish Gupta, i/b. M/s. Lexim Associates, Advocates for the Plaintiff.”

Today, the matter is listed on Board for the purpose of settlement of draft decree.

Defendant Nos.1 & 2.

February, 2022, Advocate for the Plaintiffs had submitted the fresh corrected draft as per the necessary corrections suggested on 22nd February, 2022.
To-day, Mr. Shrey Shah, i/b. M/s. Vidhi Partners, appeared for Defendant Nos.1 & 2 submitted that he is consenting to the corrected draft submitted by the Advocate for the
Plaintiffs on 23rd February, 2022.
In view thereof, draft decree is settled. Both the
Advocates have put their signatures on draft of Consent
Decree submitted by the Advocate for the Plaintiff on 23rd February, 2022 as settled draft Decree.
Advocate for the Plaintiffs is, therefore, directed to file engrossed copy of the finalized draft decree, within a period of one week’ from to-day.
Office is directed to issue decree of Order dated 1st of
September, 2017 as per approved draft.
Matter stands Closed.
