JUDGMENT
1. This hearing has been done through video conferencing. CM APPL. 20834/2021 in CM (M) 544/2019
2. This is an application seeking correction of judgment dated 27th May,
2021.
3. The submission of Mr. Satish Aggarwala is that the Union of India was not a party in this matter and, in fact, it was the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence which was a party.
4. Ms. Anisha Banerji, ld. counsel for the Respondents does not object to this correction.
5. Accordingly, the reference to the Union of India in the third line of paragraph 26 shall stand deleted. Further, insofar as the date of re-filing in paragraph 9 is concerned, it shall read as 28th July, 2008 instead of 18th July,
2008.
6. The present order be uploaded as a corrigendum to judgment dated 27th May, 2021. 2021:DHC:2168
7. Application is disposed of.
