JUDGMENT

1. By affidavit dated 4 November 2025, the respondents have placed on record the decision of the Standing Committee to reimburse the medical expenses of the petitioner at CGHS rates.

2. Ms. Awasthi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner stands assuaged.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of binding the respondents to the statement made in the affidavit dated 4 November

2025.

4. Let the amounts in question be released to the petitioner within W.P.(C) 9200/2022 four weeks from today.

5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

6. We direct that the costs of ₹ 10,000/-, awarded by this Court, should be paid to the petitioner along with the said amount, subject to the original bills being submitted by the petitioner within two weeks from today.
