JUDGMENT

1. The only prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the appeal dated 28 September 2025 preferred by the petitioner. Mr. Gill, learned SPC for the respondents, submits that a decision on the appeal would be taken within six weeks from today and communicated to the petitioner.

2. Needless to say, if the petitioner continues to remain aggrieved, his rights in law would remain reserved.

3. The petition is disposed of.
