JUDGMENT

1. This application, by the Official Liquidator, seeks permission to hand over the possession of premises at D-159, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi, to M/s Golf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. C.A NO. 344/2021(under Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, seeking permission to de-seal and handover possession of premises)

2. To a query from the Court, as to the source of title of M/s Golf Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Kunal Sharma, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, submits that the property in question had been sold to M/s Golf Technologies Pvt. Ltd, under a sale deed which the Official Liquidator has perused. 2021:DHC:2113 CO.PET. 497/2013

3. No copy of the said sale deed has been filed with this application.

4. No documents, on the basis of which this Court can be satisfied of the title of M/s Golf Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in order for any direction to hand over possession of the property to the said entity to be passed, are forthcoming on record in this application.

5. Being bereft of requisite details, the application is dismissed.
