JUDGMENT
1. This application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking correction of a typographical error that has occurred in our Judgment dated 12.11.2025 and to record that C.M. No. 68374/2025, which sought permission to place additional documents on record, was allowed by this Court.
2. From a reading of the Judgment itself, it is evident that this Court had taken cognizance of the additional documents that were sought to be placed on record by the petitioner. As this application merely seeks to formally record the same, we record that C.M. NO. 68374/2025 had been allowed, and the said additional documents had been duly taken into consideration by this Court while disposing of W.P.(C) 16670/2025 the petition vide its Judgment dated 12.11.2025.
3. The application is accordingly disposed of.
4. The present order shall also be uploaded as a corrigendum to the Judgment dated 12.11.2025.
