JUDGMENT
1. The dispute in this case stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMC).
2. The settlement agreement dated 2nd September, 2021 has been placed on record.
3. Learned counsels for both sides are present and submit that the matter could be disposed of on the basis of the settlement agreement.
4. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the 2021:DHC:3107 O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 68/2021 settlement agreement dated 2nd September, 2021.
6. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.
