Proceedings have been conducted through video conferencing.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage, as the Petitioner is contemplating preferring an application in the appeal which is pending before the Tribunal against the order of assessment dated 14.03.2014 (Annexure P-4 to the memo of this writ petition).
In view of this submission, this writ petition along with pending application is hereby disposed of as not pressed, at this stage.
We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the case.
