JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the parties request, ad idem, that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal may be extended. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 6th April 2021. At joint request, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from today, i.e. 3rd August 2021. The extension shall apply retrospectively from the date when the mandate of learned Arbitral Tribunal terminated.
2. The petition stands disposed of.
