JUDGMENT
1. Though this matter was argued yesterday for some time, today, Dr. Venkat Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submits, on instructions, that the appellants would not use the impugned diagrams Nos 13145, 13146, 14613, 14614, 5720, 8605, 8604, 12683, 12740, 2759, 12717, 12791, 10108 and 21166 in any manner during the currency of the suit pending before the learned Single Judge. 2. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that we need not enter into the merits of the present appeal.
3. We, therefore, close this appeal, binding the appellants to the statement made at the Bar by Dr Reddy.
4. We also clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the impugned order, and that the decision in the suit would not be influenced in any manner by the findings contained in the impugned order.
5. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
