The application is disposed of.

1. Present writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- “i. issue an appropriate writ/ order to the Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 to ensure that the contractors (Respondent No. 4 & 5) are complying with the provision of labour laws particularly Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act, 1970) strictly and arranging prescribed 2021:DHC:2343-DB Minimum Wages to the Contract labourers working at Cement siding Shakurbasti Railway Station, Delhi-34; and ii. To all the respondents to decide the representation dated 3/5.4.2021 by the petitioner in accordance to Labour Laws, particularly Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act, 1970). iii. And pass such other or further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that suffice would it be for the disposal of this writ petition that a suitable direction is given to the concerned Respondent Authorities to decide the representation dated 03.04.2021 preferred by the Petitioner, which is appended at Annexure P-2 to the memo of this writ petition, in accordance with law.

3. In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct the concerned Respondent Authorities to decide the Representation dated 03.04.2021 preferred by the Petitioner (Annexure P-2 to the memo of this writ petition). Needless to state that the decision shall be taken by the Respondent(s) in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts and circumstances of the case and as expeditiously as possible.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is hereby disposed of.
