Vikas Dhull, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-23, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi in ECIR No. DLZO-I/43/2021 dated 20.05.2021.

2. In view of the order passed in the connected matter i.e. Bail Appln. 2293/2021, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. All pending applications (if any) are also disposed of.
