ORDER
1. The present petition U/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to be kept in house arrest during the period of judicial custody & setting aside of order dated 2021:DHC:2348 CRL.M.C. 1435/2021 17.06.2021 passed by the court of Sh. Vikas Dhull, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-23, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi in ECIR No. DLZO-I/43/2021 dated 20.05.2021.
2. In view of the order passed in the connected matter i.e. Bail Appln. 2293/2021, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. All pending applications (if any) are also disposed of.
