JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Chander Lall, learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff, submits that, between the last date of hearing and today, certain orders have been passed by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), directing modification of the advertisement of the plaintiff.
2. With that, he submits, the cause of action in this plaint would not survive and the suit may be disposed of accordingly.
3. The suit stands disposed of with the said terms.
