1. Issue Notice. Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-Pharmacy Council of India.

2. These petitions challenge circulars of the PCI dated 17.07.2019 and 09.09.2019, by which a moratorium upon opening of new pharmacy colleges was imposed. A batch of petitions [W.P.(C) 175/2021 and 2021:DHC:2482 W.P.(C) 8452/2021 and connected matters connected matters] in which the same circulars have been challenged has been heard and judgment has been reserved.

3. To await the result in those petitions, list these petitions on 31.08.2021.
