JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Satya Ranjan Swain, learned SPC appearing for the respondents, submits on instructions that the respondents are willing in this particular case to provide Children Education Allowance to the petitioner for educating his second and third child, keeping in mind that the first child is incapable of being educated.

2. Accordingly, with the said submission, the grievance of the petitioner would stand assuaged. W.P.(C) 15155/2025

3. We make it clear that we are not inclined to express any opinion on the merits of the dispute between the parties.
