JUDGMENT
1. The hearing has been done by way of video conferencing.
2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondentsto dispose of petitioner’sRevision petition dated 28th August, 2019 in a time bound manner.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner statesthat the Petitioner served in the ITBP for twentysix years and was removed from service under Section 25 of the ITBP Act, 1992 vide order dated 05th August,2019 passed by the Respondents. He points out that the Petitioner submitted a revision petition 2021:DHC:2650-DB WP(C)9105/2021 dated 28th August, 2019 to the respondents seeking sympathetic consideration after considering the Petitioner’s clean service record of twenty six years, but the revision petition is still pending with the respondents.
4. Issue notice. Mr. Vikrant N Goyal, learned counsel for the respondents acceptsnotice.
5. Keeping in view of the limited prayers sought in the present writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to theDG ITBP to dispose of the petitioner’s revision petition within six weeks. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition along with pendingapplication stands disposedof.
