JUDGMENT
1. This is a petition under Section 29A(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is stated to have expired on 3rd August, 2021.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent, who is present, has no objection.
3. As such, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by a period of six months from today.
4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
