Proceedings have been conducted through video conferencing.

1. Present Public Interest Litigation has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- “i. issue appropriate writ, order, directions to initiate contempt or similar proceedings against the respondents for permitting cruelty to animals on Bovine animals Annexure P[1] AND/OR; ii. May Kindly pass direction to incorporate technical Veterinarians Graduate and Post Graduate through campus hiring AND/OR; iii The respondent may be directed to take punitive action against the directions passed as per Annexure P[1] and may 2021:DHC:3508-DB W.P.(C) 10651/2021 direct the Respondent to revised the circular Directions in accordance to provision of the law and Annexure as per P[1] iv To mitigate measures to generate employment opportunities for unskilled labours in agro-forestry to promote environment, development and sustainability AND/OR; v All Prayer are interconnected. vi Any other relief of order writ may kindly be issued in the circumstances.”

2. Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that despite several representations being preferred, two in the year 2020 and one in the month of August, 2021, no response has been received from Respondents No.1&2.

3. We, therefore, direct Respondents No.1&2 to treat this petition as a representation and look into the grievances ventilated by the Petitioner and take a decision thereon, in accordance with law, rules and regulations and Government policies as expeditiously as possible.

4. Writ petition is hereby disposed of, with the above directions.

5. Liberty is reserved with the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies, if the need so arises, in accordance with law.
