JUDGMENT
1. The dispute between the parties stands settled vide memorandum of settlement dated 26th September, 2021, which is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the parties are present.
2. As such, nothing survives for adjudication in the present suit. The suit is accordingly decreed in terms of the memorandum of settlement dated 26th September, 2021, by which the parties shall remain bound. 2021:DHC:3361 CS(OS) 446/2019
3. The Registry is directed to draw up a decree sheet accordingly. The suit stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
